Outlook Clinic

The clinic has provided free psychiatric services to over 1,500 patients since it has opened in 2011. It is specifically designed for individuals that are diagnosed with Depression or Anxiety and additionally offer psychotropic medication management for individual with no health insurance.  The Outlook Clinic is also a contracted member of the Florida Department of Health’s Volunteer Healthcare Provider Program.

Basic Admission Criteria

  • Patient must be over 18 years of age or older
  • Primary psychiatric diagnosis of depressive or anxiety disorder
  • Co-morbid medical condition
  • Uninsured
  • Of preference recent medical hospitalization or visit to the emergency room

Interested in an internship with the Outlook Clinic?

The internship offers the opportunity to work and help patients dealing with depression and anxiety. You’ll be working alongside clinical professionals to help facilitate the office needs. Which primarily includes scheduling, phone referrals, and data entry.
