The Mental Health Association of Central Florida maintains a database for consumers with information about providers in the Central Florida area.
This database is used to find the appropriate resources when someone calls us looking for help. If you’re interested in being placed in our database, please e-mail the Provider Information Form to Danielle and/or Megan at email@example.com. Or call us at 407-898-0110 and ask to be added to our Provider Database. We will be happy to complete the form over the phone. Being added to our database is free; however, purchasing a membership is encouraged. Memberships are available on many different tiers: $10, $20, $40, $50, $125, and $1000, or whatever you choose to donate.
We encourage you to ask about becoming a Corporate Member! The Corporate Membership is an annual fee of $125 and perks include being placed on our Preferred Provider list and your organization’s logo will be added to our website.
What does being a Preferred Provider mean? Being a Preferred Provider means that we refer consumers to your agency first, as long as your organization matches what the consumer is looking for.
